Our seedlings are prepared fresh on pre-order, allowing us to grow and care for them specifically according to confirmed customer requirements.

Because growing healthy seedlings takes time, patience, and proper care, we want to keep the entire process simple, transparent, and clear from the very beginning.

🌿 How Our Seedling Pre-Order Works

1. Place Your Pre-Order
Select the seedlings you need and send us your requirements through WhatsApp, Messenger, or Email.

2. Confirm With 20% Advance Payment
A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your pre-order.

3. We Start Preparing Your Seedlings
Seedling preparation begins only after the confirmation payment is received.

4. Allow Us 15–25 Days to Grow Them
The estimated preparation time is approximately 15 to 25 days from the date of confirmation.

Growing is a natural process, and the actual readiness may vary slightly depending on the plant and growing conditions.

5. We’ll Let You Know When They’re Ready 🌱
Once your seedlings are ready for collection, our correspondent will contact you with the pick-up/delivery details.

The remaining amount is payable according to the delivery/pick-up method selected below.

🚗 Pick-Up & Delivery

🏡 Self Pick-Up — Recommended

Seedlings are available for self pick-up from our office.

Once your seedlings are ready, simply come and collect them. The remaining balance can be paid during pick-up.

This is the simplest and safest way to receive your seedlings.

🚙 Home Delivery — Available With Special Conditions

We understand that sometimes visiting our office may not be convenient. In that case, home delivery can be arranged through a ride-sharing service such as Uber, Pathao, or Lalamove.

Because seedlings are living plants and are considerably more delicate than regular parcels:

• The entire remaining order amount must be paid in advance through bKash or bank payment before dispatch.
• Delivery will be arranged through a suitable ride-sharing service, rather than a conventional courier.
• The complete ride fare must be borne by the customer/client.
• Since transportation is handled by a third-party rider, MyGardenBd cannot take responsibility for damage, breakage, overturning, or other physical damage that may occur during transportation.
• We will, however, hand over the seedlings with appropriate care for transportation.

📍 Delivery Area

Home delivery is available only within Dhaka City Corporation.

Delivery outside Dhaka City Corporation is currently not available for seedlings.
