Important Delivery & Return Policy:

• Please open the parcel in the presence of the delivery personnel and carefully check all items before making the payment.
• If you notice any issue (such as damaged or missing items), please take clear photos/videos and immediately contact us at 01722988794 before making any payment. Kindly explain the issue in detail.
• Requests for return, refund, or replacement, as well as complaints regarding damaged, faulty, or missing items, will not be accepted after the delivery and payment are completed.
• If an order is canceled/returned after it has been handed over to the delivery/courier company, the customer must bear the return delivery charge. This amount can be paid directly to the delivery personnel or to MyGardenBd’s bKash number (please contact our support team for payment details).
• Customers are strongly advised to take photos or record a video of the intact parcel before opening/unpacking it for verification purposes.
• Parcels weighing more than 5 kg will be delivered at the ground floor only.

• অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি কর্মীর সামনে পার্সেলটি খুলে সকল পণ্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে তারপর মূল্য পরিশোধ করুন।
• যদি কোনো সমস্যা (যেমন: পণ্য ভাঙা, নষ্ট বা অনুপস্থিত) লক্ষ্য করেন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে স্পষ্ট ছবি/ভিডিও ধারণ করুন এবং কোনো পেমেন্ট করার আগে সাথে সাথে 01722988794 নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করে বিস্তারিত জানান।
• ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর পণ্যের রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত কোনো দাবি, কিংবা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/অনুপস্থিত পণ্যের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
• যদি কোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারি/কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির কাছে হস্তান্তরের পর বাতিল করা হয়, তাহলে গ্রাহককে রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে। এই চার্জ ডেলিভারি কর্মীকে সরাসরি বা MyGardenBd-এর bKash নম্বরে (নম্বর জানার জন্য সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন) পরিশোধ করা যাবে।
• পার্সেল খোলার আগে অক্ষত অবস্থায় প্যাকেটের ছবি বা ভিডিও ধারণ করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি, যা ভবিষ্যতে যাচাইয়ের জন্য প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
• ৫ কেজির বেশি ওজনের পার্সেল শুধুমাত্র গ্রাউন্ড ফ্লোরে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
