   42″, 48″, 54″, or 60″
2. Quantity:
   Please mention the total number of umbrellas required.
3. Fabric Color:
   Mention your preferred color. If you require multiple colors, please specify each color.
4. Fabric Type:
   • Single-layer fabric
   • Double-layer fabric with inner coating
5. Shaft/Frame Protection (Sheekh):
   • Single Sheekh
   • Double Sheekh for enhanced protection
6. Logo/Custom Printing:
   If you would like to print logo(s) or artwork on the umbrella, please provide the exact logo/image file(s) and mention the number of logos/prints required.

Sample Order

If you would like to receive a sample before placing the main order:

• The sample cost may be higher than the standard quotation because it is produced separately as a customized item.
• 70% advance payment is required to confirm a sample order.
• Estimated sample preparation time is 4–8 working days, depending on the workload and customization requirements.
• If you are satisfied with the sample and decide to proceed with the main order, the applicable sample cost will be adjusted against the final order, as agreed in the quotation.

Main Production

Once the sample is approved and you decide to proceed with the main order:

• 50% of the total order value is required as advance payment to confirm the production order.
• Estimated production time is approximately 6–15 working days, depending on the quantity, customization requirements, and current production workload.

The remaining payment will be payable according to the agreed terms before/at the time of delivery.

Delivery & Transportation

If you require delivery to a specific location:

• Delivery/transportation and labour charges will be added separately, depending on the delivery location and requirements.
• Delivery charges will be confirmed before finalizing the order.
• Standard delivery is made up to the ground floor. Additional charges may apply if extra handling or labour is required.
