We are looking for a dynamic individual who will fill the position for company’s Junior Executive/Executive Customer Service position.
 
Position: Junior Executive/Executive Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

·         Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions

·         Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction

·         Attend every call actively to solve client’s problem and take order accordingly

·         Must be knowledgeable about Facebook and other Social media, email & web chat

·         Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation

·         Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes

·         Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues

·         Build, plan and implement the overall end-to-end digital marketing strategy

·         Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

·         Manage all digital marketing channels

·         Oversee all the company’s websites, social media accounts

·         Manage and improve online content, considering PPC, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics

·         Apply techniques to attract traffic to the company’s website and online platform

·         Execute any other task assigned by the supervisor

·         Make physical site visits and collect data

·         Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics,       productivity, shipping, and customer service

·         Inspect equipment, tools regularly and oversee general maintenance as needed

·         Willing to move according to company’s need

·         Any other job given by management as and when required

Educational Requirements

·         Must be graduated from any reputed University.

·         Candidates with Bachelors in Agriculture is also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

·         Age 21 to 28 years

·         Basic computer knowledge.

·         Good oral communication skill.

·         Good listening skill and analytical skill.

·         Must be profound using Microsoft office, wordpress, adobe illustrator and photoshop

·         Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

·         Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.

·         Willing to work beyond general office hours under immense pressure.

Salary

Tk. 12000 – 15000 (Monthly) – Negotiable
